Re:Train

I got the opportunity yesterday to support the young men in Re:Train.  These are all men who are studying and beginning on a path to becoming pastors.  I was so excited to see what they were doing and being able to help feed them food was so much fun!  I didn't get to talk to them very much because they were studying and learning all day but I was so blessed to support them in a small way.  Doing dishes and serving them food!  What a blessing to be serving God and people.  That is my desire  :)
I am praying for the ministries all of these men are starting!

Relaxation

Here are a few things that are getting me ready for this quarter of school to be over and have a relaxing few weeks off...
Blankets
Sitting by the fireplace

Sleeping in
My Sister
My Parents
My Dog, Tinky
My AMAZING Grandparents
Read what I want to read
Friends
I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart;
I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.
I will be glad and rejoice in you;
I will sing the praises of your name, O Most High.
        -Psalm 9:1-2

I can not take credit for how my life has turned out.  It is by the grace of God that I am what I am.  He has saved me and continues to do so even in my selfishness.  He always brings me back.  I praise Him for who He is, not for the things that come into my life.
Thank you Daddy for rescuing me!

Not Just for Coffee

I live in Seattle which means that I love hot drinks!  Tea, Coffee and Hot Chocolate are things I have multiple times a day.  They make the cold and rainy weather cozy and is a nice addition to studying.  I have been buying Coffee Mate Creamer for a long time, in High School as well, but I have always just put it in my coffee.  Since I have moved to Seattle a little over a year ago, I have discovered putting cream in all of my hot drinks.  I have three types of cream in my fridge right now; Vanilla (standard essential), Peppermint Mocha (seasonal), and Gingerbread Latte (I discovered this last night at Safeway and could not pass it up).  Vanilla Creamer I can put in coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.  Rather then milk, it gives it more flavor with less product.  The other two kinds I have put in coffee and Hot chocolate.  You should try it sometime!!  It is a great cold weather treat.
This morning's study buddy.
